Overview
The Japanese Automaker Nissan is yet with another new vehicle called the 2021 Nissan Navara. It is a truck that is going to rival the Ford Ranger. The Navara seems more futuristic and solid than the previous generation trucks. The method of building the trucks have changed and evolved so much but Nissan seems to follow the same traditional method of Body-on-Frame to build their latest truck too. Nissan has also revealed its new sports car, the Nissan Z Proto as the successor of the Fairlady Z.
Engine and Performance
The Nissan Navara line up started in 2014, and now the company has launched the latest generation Navara, loaded with advanced performance features. This is also known as "Frontier" in countries other than America. The all-new variant of the Navara is called the Pro 4X. The approach of the exterior and the interior design seems to be really different from the older trucks while the Engine remains unchanged as a 2.3-litre twin-turbocharged Four-cylinder diesel engine, yet powerful with 188 hp and 332 lb/ft of torque. Hence, the towing capacity is 3.5 tonnes which is quite a lot. The new Navara comes with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed automatic transmission. It's really great that Nissan surprises us with the traditional Manual transmission in their latest cars such as this Navara and the Nissan Z Proto.

The design
The exterior design is freshly revised with new design elements all over giving the truck sporty with a rugged demeanour. The upgraded LED headlights and the taillights do really stand out beautifully with a "C" shaped element which is similar to that of the Nissan Patrol's lights. The LEDs being more powerful than the Halogen lamps give better visibility outside. There are Fog lamps just below the headlights which are also LED. The grille between the headlights are bigger than never before and the bezels of it are so thick and they have the name, Navara engraved in them. Speaking of the lights, the taillights are also LEDs lying on either side of the tailgate. The bed at the back is thickened further for the extra payload capacity of 1,100 Kg. The handle of the tailgate houses a 360° camera for the better drivability. The tailgate may seem heavy because it is thick and hard to open and close but luckily the hinges are added with a torsion bar to make it easy to open and close. For the sportier look, the trailer has a sports bar which is available only for the Pro 4X version of Navara. The wheels are of 17-inch alloy on both front and rear and are wrapped by Yokohama all-terrain tyres. The brakes are not that crazy, as the front wheels only have Disc brakes but the rear wheels are drum brakes only.
